Roger is thoroughly familiar with city, county and state residential and commercial building and fire safety codes.  He inspects existing structures and new construction sites as well as conducts fire forensic investigations throughout Los Angeles County, Orange County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, San Diego County and Imperial County on a daily basis.  You can always depend on Roger's professionalism and for him to be aware of all the latest information on new I-Code adoptions or federal and state building code laws.
 
Mr. Banowetz is certified by the International Code Council (ICC) and International Conference of Building Officials (ICBO) which is a consolidated building and safety code organization that is dedicated to protect the property, health and safety of people needing qualified building inspectors.  Only the ICBO/ICC members who meet the organization's high standards of excellence are awarded certification.  Through continuing education and regular testing the organization regulates its members to assure that they know their craft and are kept current with all legislation impacting the code community.
